Soft bread roll filled with savory tuna, perfect as a quick snack or light meal.

Ingredients:

• 6 slices white bread 
• 1 can of TC Boy Tuna in Sandwich Delite
  (drained)
• 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
• ½ onion (finely chopped)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional, for coating)
• Butter or margarine (for toasting)
• Black pepper
• Salt (to taste)
   

Instructions:

1. Prepare filling:
   In a bowl, combine TC Boy Tuna in Sandwich Delite, chopped onion, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Season with black pepper and salt. Mix well until creamy.
2. Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread a spoonful of the tuna filling on one side, then roll tightly.  
3. Brush the rolls with beaten egg and coat lightly with breadcrumbs for a crispy texture.
4. Cook: Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Toast the rolls on low heat until golden brown on all sides.
