Ingredients:
- Mini bun
- Onion (diced)
- Tomato (diced)
- Red Chilli (sliced)
- Leaf celery
- 1 can of TC Boy Tuna Garlic & Herbs
- Japanese mayo
- Cream cheese
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- Black pepper
- Parsley leaves
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine diced onion, tomato, and red chili. Add TC Boy Tuna Garlic & Herbs, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and Japanese mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy. Season with black pepper.
- Slice mini buns in half and spread the tuna mixture evenly on each half.
Garnish with parsley leaves and drizzle a little olive oil on top. - Toast in an oven or air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and the buns are slightly crisp.
